Delivering a stunning high resolution of 2400 x 4800 dpi, the Expression 13000XL features Epson’s unique Micro-Step Drive Technology. Featuring CCD lens technology, it offers full-colour reproduction to ensure the highest accuracy when compared to originals with 3.8 DMax high optical density.
Epson Expression 13000XL – Clearer, sharper documents & photos
Epson CCD technology evolves to the next level with the Expression 13000XL. Its 6-line sensor array with large pixels captures perfect results with every pass and is also covered with anti-reflective coated glass to eliminate image ‘ghosting’. Utilise the auto-focus system for pinpoint focusing automatically for enhanced image clarity and accuracy, or you can take full control using the Manual Focus option.
Epson Expression 13000XL Pro – ideal for film scanning
Capture transparent and clear media in unrivalled levels of detail with the dedicated transparency media adapter. Optional on the 13000XL and standard with the 13000 XL Pro models, the unit is supplied with holders for 35mm strip film, 35mm mounted film, 6 x 18cm medium format film and 4” x 5” large format film. Transform scanned results with the included professional editing software.
Epson ReadyScan LED Technology
The Epson Expression 13000XL and Pro models are equipped with Epson’s ReadyScan LED technology, an energy-saving and eco-friendly light source that requires zero warm-up time, providing hyperresponsive scanning.
The device’s two-lamp design includes bright white for positive transparency scanning; a blue light is used for negative transparencies. In post-production, this reduces the processing time of the final image.
