Self Return Shredding Bag
Our self-return shredding bag offers a simple and affordable way to manage your confidential shredding requirements.
Simply choose how many bags you want, and we will post these to you complete with secure ties. Each bag can hold up to 10 kilos for maximum value for money.
You then fill them up and arrange to return them to us or, for an additional fee, arrange a collection.
All this is included in your one-off price so there are no hidden costs or additional charges to worry about*.
We offer a choice of 3 shredding security levels, DIN 3, DIN 4 and DIN 5.
How our Self Return Shredding Bag service works
Purchase
Purchase the number of bags you require, and we will post these out to you within 2-3 working days.
There are no additional or hidden charges*.
Fill
Once you have received your bags, just fill them up (following the provided guidelines & not exceeding the bag weight
When full, close them up with the secure cable ties provided.
Return
Arrange to drop off your full bags at our Milton Keynes office or contact us to arrange collection**.
Destroyed
Your paperwork is shredded to your chosen DIN level and we will send you a certificate of destruction for your records.
Paper waste is then recycled into items such as newspapers.

- * Please follow our shredding guidelines (included with your order and viewable here) which outline what you can and cannot include/put into our shredding bags.
- ** A collection service is available for the additional charge of £15.00 ex. VAT. This service is available only across Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire at present. To arrange collection and payment for this service, please contact us at 01908 410 414.
- Each pre-paid shredding bag has a maximum fill weight of up to 10 kilos. On return, each bag will be weighed to check this. We offer a +10% variation to this weight), thus weights above 11 Kilos will be subject to excess weight charges as follows: 40p per kilo (DIN P-3), 60p per kilo (DIN P-4) and 80p per kilo (DIN P-5). If these additional charges are incurred, they will require payment in full before shredding/destruction commences.
- We will apply a contamination charge if items listed within the “Please do not include with your shredding” list are found within your shredding. This charge is £10.00 ex. VAT per box, bag or receptacle affected and is charged in addition to your chosen level of shredding service. This charge will also be applied if paper waste is supplied to us in the following conditions: wet, damp, soiled, dirty or in such a condition that is not normally acceptable. In addition, if sanitary items such as used tissues, wipes and other personal hygiene products are found, this charge is increased to £20.00 ex. VAT per box, bag or receptacle affected and is charged in addition to your chosen level of shredding service. We also reserve the right to apply a disposal charge for disposing of items that we cannot shred. This charge is £10.00 ex. VAT and is in addition to any other charges and chosen level of service.
- Bags purchased and not used cannot be refunded at a later date.
